LIMITED EDITION WET N WILD COLLECTIONS

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

Earlier this week I was grocery shopping at my local Smith's Marketplace and I found a lovely surprise! There are two fantastic limited edition Wet n Wild collections that I highly recommend.

I wrote about the Wet n Wild Peanuts Collection in my last post. The display for this collection is much smaller at Smith's Marketplace than at Walmart, so there's a much smaller variety of items in the Peanuts Collection. There's a total of 29 items in the Peanuts Collection and there's only 9 items in this display.

Wet n Wild Stitch Collection was written a few posts ago! I also found all of the Stitch Collection at Smith's Marketplace. I highly recommend getting the three lip glosses and the eye and face palette (if you like bright colors!).

These two limited edition collections are amazing and I did not expect to find them at my local Smith's Marketplace, especially the Stitch Collection, because it was released back in June of this year. Check it out!

WET N WILD: PEANUTS COLLECTION

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

I was so excited to hear that Wet n Wild released a Peanuts collection because I just adore Peanuts (especially Snoopy), and thankfully Snoopy is on almost every single item! This Peanuts Collection is such a cute, Christmasy collection, and would be a perfect present or stocking stuffer for Christmas! The packaging on the items that Kaitlyn and I have are so cute, and I love them! We bought most of the items on Amazon but I did buy one at Ulta Beauty. It seems that I'm not the only one enjoying this collection, as Wood seems to like it as well!

Kaitlyn found the Wet n Wild Peanuts Collection on a display at Walmart! I was surprised to see the size of this display for the collection - it has three sides for all of the items in the Peanuts Collection.

One side of the display, there's a red eyelash curler, two different nail stickers, a set of three nail files, five nail polishes, two lip glosses with very fine glitter, lip oil, root beer sugar scrub, and marshmallow lip mask.

On this side there is a makeup bag, a set of three multi-sticks, a set of two makeup sponges with Snoopy's doghouse sponge holder, a set of four makeup brushes, and an eye and face palette.

On the last side there's a black eyeliner, a set of two tweezers, makeup remover towels, Snoopy's doghouse sponge holder, a set of two makeup sponges, face soap and scrub set, face palette quad, setting powder, and a face mist.

Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown:

This eye and face palette is so pretty with beautiful pigment colors! There are 15 pretty pigments in this palette. They are easy to blend, and feel soft on the skin. There are matte, shimmer, and glitter pigments. I was really impressed by the two glitter pigments in this palette; I actually forgot to put a similar color on before the glitter and was surprised how well the first glitter switched on. I decided to see how the second glitter swatched on without a similar color underneath and it swatched beautifully. The pigments blended really nicely on the eyes, and they feel soft! I tried to remove the pigments with the makeup remover towels that are also in the Peanuts Collection, and it unfortunately didn't remove much of the glitter - I had to remove the glitter with Burt's Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes. Just like the last few palettes from Wet n Wild, this palette is an eye and face palette, so almost half of the pigments aren't eye safe in this palette. Merry Christmas, Charlie Brown can be purchased on the Wet n Wild websiteAmazon (it's not Prime), Ulta BeautyCVS, and Walmart

First row of shadows

Pantophobia is a cool shimmer dark sugar plum.

Peppermint Patty is a cool shimmer dark emerald (when I first swatched this eyeshadow, it made me think of Winnifred from Hocus Pocus).

Needs Sugar is a cool translucent shimmer white with light pink and light purple undertones.

Aluminum Tree is a warm shimmer gold.

First Prize is a warm matte candy apple (this shade reminds of a very similar color in the Ohana Eye and Face Palette from Wet n Wild).

Second row of shadows

Hee Hee Hee is a warm shimmer mustard.

Block Head is a cool dusty rose.

Snoopy Kisses is a cool dusty rose glitter.

Christmas Queen is a cool indigo with royal blue shimmer.

Ice Skating is a cool sky shimmer (this pigment is sheer, it's easier to get the pigment color with a damp brush).

Third row of shadows

Charlie Browniest is a warm matte cider.

Good Grief is a cool matte navy blue.

Paint It Pink is a cool shimmer hot pink.

Twinkling Lights warm gold with a rose gold hue glitter.

AUGH! is a matte black.

Very Merry:

These two lip glosses are both very pretty and extra fine glitter/shimmery! They both have a high shine when applied to the lips. The Very Merry lip glosses remind me of the Wet n Wild Zodiac Lip Gloss with the subtle glitter in the glosses. There is a bit of grit from the glitter, but it's not that bad. There is a bit of glitter left behind on the lips after removing the gloss.

December Snowflakes:

This clear gloss is a pretty glitter gloss, with silver extra fine glitter. It has a light scent of peppermint (but it isn't as strong of a smell as the Christmas Pageant). When looking at this extra fine glitter gloss online, I was honestly worried that it would look similar to the Surf's Up in the Stitch Collection, but when the gloss came and I held them side-by-side I was pleasantly surprised to see that they weren't exactly alike after all! December Snowflakes can be purchased at the Wet n Wild websiteAmazonWalmart, and CVS.

The picture below doesn't do it justice of what it looks like in person, but the lips on the left side of the December Snowflakes does have very fine glitter in the gloss and on the right side the Surf's Up is a shimmer. They're both so pretty and you can tell the difference between the two glosses.

Christmas Pageant:

This gloss is so beautiful and shimmery! It's a sheer pink with silver and pink glitter in the gloss. I wish there was more pigment to the pink gloss, but I do like this gloss. It's so pretty and I've never had a gloss like this before! It smells like peppermint. Christmas Pageant can be purchased at the Wet n Wild websiteAmazonCVS, and Walmart.

Red Hat:

There are five nail polishes in this collection, but we only have one to share with you! I was honestly really impressed with this beautiful polish! I only needed one coat. It applied very smooth, and it is mostly dry in one minute or less! I didn't experience any streaking or air bubbles with this red polish! Red Hat can be purchased on the Wet n Wild website, Amazon, and Walmart.

Season of Snoopy:

This comes in a set of four and they feel so soft at the touch! I love these brushes and I think they're amazing! This brush set comes with a powder brush, a contour brush, a eyeshadow brush, and a crease brush. They pick up the pigment very well. I tested it on one eye and I used other, older brushes on my other eye. My older brushes didn't even pick up half as much pigment as the Peanut brushes did, so I had to use more of the product on the other eye. I wish Wet n Wild would make more verities makeup brushes other than these four types of brushes. Season of Snoopy can be purchased on the Wet n Wild websiteAmazonUlta Beauty, and Walmart.

Linus' Blanket:

These adorable two makeup remover towels feel really soft and I like the size of them to remove my makeup. The color of the towels really do remind me of Linus' blanket! They're pretty comparable to the Makeup Remover Eraser (which Kaitlyn and I are both big fans of), but these are way cuter since they feature Linus and Snoopy. Just wet the towel and wipe off the makeup! I'm definitely a fan of products I can simply wash and use again and again! One side has a design of the characters and the other side is blank. I find it interesting that Snoopy is in a different position on the towels (although Linus is not). These makeup remover towels remove makeup very well and quickly (except for maybe glitter pigments) - I liked this so well, I actually bought a second set! Linus' Blanket can be purchased on the Wet n Wild websiteAmazon, and Walmart.

Lip Care

I'll be honest, I'm a little bit disappointed their lip care products in this line are pressed into their containers and didn't make into sticks, like the lip care set in the Care Bears Collection (which I wrote about in the limited Edition Favorites post recently).

Root Beer All The Way:

The Root Beer lip scrub does smell like root beer to me. It buffs away dead skin and makes my lips softer. The root beer smell is a bit strong for me and I'm not a root beer fan, but this lip scrub does work well. My sister and grandparents, who do love root beer, were really impressed with the scent though and liked it a lot - so root beer fans should definitely pick this up (would make a great stocking stuffer too!) Root Beer All The Way can be purchased on the Wet n Wild websiteAmazonUlta Beauty, and Walmart.

Merry Marshmallow:

This marshmallow lip mask smells like roasted marshmallows. The marshmallow lip mask (more like a balm) made my lips feel so much more softer and it also hydrated the lips. Merry Marshmallow can be purchased on the Wet n Wild websiteAmazonUlta Beauty, and Walmart.

I love the Wet n Wild Peanuts Collection. Peanuts brings back happy childhood memories and I think the products in this collection are amazing! Wet n Wild did an amazing job with this collection and I can't wait to see what they do next! Let me know what you think of this collection in the comments below!
