Do you have your clear stamps just laying around and it feels really messy and out of control? Like you open a drawer and suddenly it's full stamp avalanche? Same. Been there. 0/10 experience. Wouldn't recommend. 

Well — I have an amazing storage hack that I need to tell you about! 

I knew this is how my sister stores her clear stamps, but she told me she stole the idea from her friend...so I guess technically we're double stealing this idea. 

First, grab your stamp and pull it out of the packaging if it's still living in there.

Flip it over so it's upside down, then add clear glue dots to the top and bottom of the plastic backing.

My sister just uses one glue dot right in the center...but I don't like that because the stamps turn, twist, rotate — basically doing gymnastics when you try to move the page. They're not stable. Which is why I prefer using two glue dots instead. Much more secure. Much less chaos. 

Then turn it back over and place it wherever your heart desires on a piece of cardstock.

Underneath the stamp, write with a ultra fine Sharpie the brand name and the name of the stamp if it has one. (The Pebbles brand doesn't name their individual stamps, but American Crafts does — along with a lot of other brands, which you can see in the photos below.)

Then carefully slide the cardstock into a page protector. Watch the bottoms of the stamps though — those like to get caught while you're sliding the page in, and it can be a little annoying. 

It's really easy, really simple, and you can arrange the stamps anywhere you want — categorize by brand, theme, holiday, vibes...however your organized little hear desires.

You know that moment when you're digging through your glitter storage, picking up every single container, desperately searching for that one specific color you swear you own?

Yes. That moment.

We have all been there!

Well, I had an idea to solve that problem — so you don't have to lift every glitter container like you're on some kind of sparkly scavenger hunt.

First, take the lid (or cap) off your glitter container. Grab some mod Podge and a brush. Then dip the hand end of the brush into the Mod Podge. 

Next, place a small circle of Mod Podge right on the top of the lid or cap.

Now sprinkle glitter over that Mod Podge circle — but don't go wild here. You only need enough to cover the circle. Trust me. I absolutely went a little overboard on some of mine, and glitter somehow ended up places where there was no Mod Podge at all. Glitter has a mind of its own!

If that happens, just grab your brush and gently brush away the extra glitter. 

You should have a cute little glitter circle right on top of your lid!

Repeat this for all your glitter containers, then put them back into your storage bin. Take a moment to admire how pretty they look — because suddenly your glitter storage is not only functional, but also very aesthetically pleasing. 

Now you can see exactly what glitter colors you have just by looking at them from a bird's-eye view, instead of picking up every container one by one. It's quicker, easier, and honestly way more satisfying.
