CLEAR STAMP BINDER STORAGE | HOW TO ORGANIZE CLEAR STAMPS | BINDER ORGANIZATION SYSTEM

Prepare yourself for another post in our Organized Mayhem series...

Do you have your clear stamps just laying around and it feels really messy and out of control? Like you open a drawer and suddenly it's full stamp avalanche? Same. Been there. 0/10 experience. Wouldn't recommend.

Well — I have an amazing storage hack that I need to tell you about!

I knew this is how my sister stores her clear stamps, but she told me she stole the idea from her friend...so I guess technically we're double stealing this idea.

First, grab your stamp and pull it out of the packaging if it's still living in there.

Flip it over so it's upside down, then add clear glue dots to the top and bottom of the plastic backing.

My sister just uses one glue dot right in the center...but I don't like that because the stamps turn, twist, rotate — basically doing gymnastics when you try to move the page. They're not stable. Which is why I prefer using two glue dots instead. Much more secure. Much less chaos.

Then turn it back over and place it wherever your heart desires on a piece of cardstock.

Underneath the stamp, write with a ultra fine Sharpie the brand name and the name of the stamp if it has one. (The Pebbles brand doesn't name their individual stamps, but American Crafts does — along with a lot of other brands, which you can see in the photos below.)

Then carefully slide the cardstock into a page protector. Watch the bottoms of the stamps though — those like to get caught while you're sliding the page in, and it can be a little annoying.

It's really easy, really simple, and you can arrange the stamps anywhere you want — categorize by brand, theme, holiday, vibes...however your organized little hear desires.

Let me know if you have any easy storage hacks! I'm always ready to steal — I mean...borrow — more organizing ideas!

GLITTER STORAGE | HOW TO ORGANIZE CRAFT GLITTER | GLITTER ORGANIZATION AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS

Prepare yourself for another post in our Organized Mayhem series...

You know that moment when you're digging through your glitter storage, picking up every single container, desperately searching for that one specific color you swear you own?

Yes. That moment.

We have all been there!

Well, I had an idea to solve that problem — so you don't have to lift every glitter container like you're on some kind of sparkly scavenger hunt.

First, take the lid (or cap) off your glitter container. Grab some mod Podge and a brush. Then dip the hand end of the brush into the Mod Podge.

Next, place a small circle of Mod Podge right on the top of the lid or cap.

Now sprinkle glitter over that Mod Podge circle — but don't go wild here. You only need enough to cover the circle. Trust me. I absolutely went a little overboard on some of mine, and glitter somehow ended up places where there was no Mod Podge at all. Glitter has a mind of its own!

If that happens, just grab your brush and gently brush away the extra glitter.

You should have a cute little glitter circle right on top of your lid!

Repeat this for all your glitter containers, then put them back into your storage bin. Take a moment to admire how pretty they look — because suddenly your glitter storage is not only functional, but also very aesthetically pleasing.

Now you can see exactly what glitter colors you have just by looking at them from a bird's-eye view, instead of picking up every container one by one. It's quicker, easier, and honestly way more satisfying.

Let me know if you try this out — and if it saves you from a glitter-related meltdown.

ACE BEAUTE: WHIMSICAL BLOOM | WHIMSICAL BLOOM EYESHADOW SWATCHES AND COLOR STORY

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

Just over a month ago, I was telling a friend how much I love limited edition makeup, but especially eyeshadow palettes! (Truly, this should surprise no one.) So image my excitement when my amazing, sweet friend gifted me the limited edition Whimsical Bloom eyeshadow palette from Ace Beaute.

I had never heard of Ace Beaute before — which also means I had never tried any of their products — so to say I was excited to test this palette out is a serious understatement. New brand and limited edition? Yes please!

The packaging is absolutely adorable. The floral design is darling, the metallic embossing is such a pretty touch, and there's even a mirror inside the palette (which we always appreciate). The shade names are written in metallic gold, which feels very fancy and very on-trend. I swear metallic gold shade names are having a moment — they've shown up in the last few palettes I've gotten. Has anyone else noticed this, or is it just me?

Now let's talk about the colors, because they're so pretty. This palette is bright, colorful, and perfect for spring and summer. The top and bottom rows are mattes, while the middle row is made up of stunning chrome metallic pigments that really stand out. There are only a few neutrals here, but honestly, that just makes the palette more fun.

Some of the shades are buildable on their own, while others really shine when you use a damp brush to build up the pigment. Everything is blendable, though I did experience some fallout — nothing unmanageable, just something to keep in mind.

Now lets talk about the pigment swatches!

First row of shadows

WHIM a matte nude

KISSABLE a matte bubblegum

HAZE a matte dark rust

GLEAM a matte mellow apricot

SWOON a matte raw sienna

Second row of shadows

SPARKLE a metallic mint green in the palette, but swatches more wheat-toned

WISTFUL a metallic cherry blossom

VIOLETTE a metallic eminence purple

STARLIT a metallic icy blue (best applied with a damp brush)

AMBERGLOW a metallic pumpkin

Third row of shadows

ETHEREAL a matte pale aqua (best applied with a damp brush)

BLOSSOM a matte hot pink

WISTERIA a matte lilac

BLISS a matte pale turquoise (best applied with a damp brush)

TANGERBUD a matte tangelo orange

Overall, I think this is a really beautiful eyeshadow palette filled with fun, bright spring and summer colors. You can create so many different looks with it — from soft and playful to bold and colorful — and it was such a joy to experiment with something outside of my usual brand lineup.

Trying out a brand I'd never used before made this experience even more fun, and I'm really glad this palette was my introduction to Ace Beaute. If you love colorful eyeshadow and limited edition finds, this one is definitely worth checking out.

Have you tried anything from Ace Beaute before? Or do you also get way too excited about limited edition makeup? Let me know in the comments — I love hearing from you!

COLOURPOP: TOY STORY | PIXAR EYESHADOW PALETTE | DISNEY EYESHADOW REVIEW

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

If you've been reading here for a while, you probably won't be surprised by this, but: I love Toy Story. Like, a lot. Loved it as a kid, still love it now, will absolutely stop whatever I'm doing if it's on TV. It's one of those movies that feels like home.

When my sister gave me the Toy Story eyeshadow palette for Christmas, I was so excited. I opened it and immediately thought, "yep. This is perfect." It's so stinkin' cute, and the shadows are honestly beautiful. Nostalgia plus makeup is basically my weakness.

The packaging alone deserves a moment. It's adorable. The outside is charming, the character artwork on the inside is just as cute, and those little metallic gold cloud details around the shades! I mean...come on. It feels playful, happy, and very Toy Story. This is one of those palettes that makes you smile before you even use it.

Let's talk about the colors — because wow. The shades in this palette are so pretty. Bright, fun, and eye-catching, with lots of shimmer and metallics that really stand out. I did notice there aren't as many neutrals here compared to the How the Grinch Stole Christmas palette, but honestly, that makes sense. Toy Story is colorful, bold, and full of personality, and this palette totally reflects that.

One small downside: the shade names are a little hard to read. They're written in metallic gold on a dark ivory background, which looks nice but isn't the easiest to read. Cute idea, slightly tricky execution.

The palette includes mattes, matte shimmers, metallics, and a glitter hybrid. Everything is buildable and generally easy to work with, though I did find that some of the matte shades take a little extra effort when blending. The shimmers and metallics, however, are the real stars — they're gorgeous and add so much dimension.

Like with the How the Grinch Stole Christmas palette, I noticed that my swatches don't always match what's shown online. Some shades appear less pigmented, while other shift slightly in tone compared to the advertised swatches.

First row of shadows

PULL STRING a white matte that isn't as pigmented as I'd like, but it is buildable

HOWDY, PARTNER a butter yellow matte

REX FLEX a gorgeous chameleon shimmer with pale green and rose gold

SINCE '95 a taupe matte

GO HAMM a flamingo matte with subtle shimmer (definitely pinker in real life than in the photo)

Second row of shadows

SADDLE UP a biscuit matte

ROUNDUP GANG a light peach metallic

BO PEEP BLUE a beautiful pale turquoise shimmer

INTERGALACTIC a clover matte

BLAST OFF a bright purple shimmer-glitter hybrid a little gritty, but not full glitter-level gritty

Third row of shadows

COWGIRL a matte apple shimmer that gives more of a satin finish

GIDDY UP a stunning espresso metallic

STAR COMMAND a sapphire metallic

FALLING WITH STYLE a violet metallic

INFINITY a walnut matte

I absolutely adore this palette. It's cute, colorful, nostalgic, and full of shimmer and metallic shades that make me genuinely happy to use it. It really captures the spirit of Toy Story — fun, playful, and full of heart — while still being wearable and versatile.

If you love Disney and makeup, I would definitely recommend this palette. It's one of those products that feels special every time you open it, and honestly, that's my favorite kind.

Toy Story 2 is my favorite Toy Story movie. Leave a comment below and let me know which Toy Story movie is your favorite!

COLOURPOP: HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS | HOLIDAY GRINCH EYESHADOW PALETTE

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

I was very excited when I heard about the How the Grinch Stole Christmas collection — but let's be honest, I was especially excited about the eyeshadow palette. At this point, would you expect anything less from me?

I did unfortunately forget to take a picture of the display when I spotted it at Target (tragic, I know), so I apologize for that, friends. The full collection includes three lip glosses with different swirl colors in each tube, two shadow sticks, two highlighters, a plumping clicker gloss and lip liner set, a body glitter gel, and — the star of today's show — the eyeshadow palette.

I grew up watching the classic 1966 How the Grinch Stole Christmas every Christmas Eve night. Even though I'm no longer a kid, I still absolutely love the Grinch! Honestly, the Grinch has aged better than most us.

Now let's talk about this palette's appearance, because WOW!

The packaging is ridiculously cute! Like, "I don't even want to use it because it's too adorable" cute. The glitter on the front? Sparkly perfection. The artwork inside the palette? Also adorable. It feels festive, nostalgic, and very much like it should be displayed proudly instead of hidden in a drawer. ColourPop really understood the assignment here.

The shadow colors themselves are beautiful, but I'll admit I was surprised by how many pinks and burgundies are in the palette — and how little green there is. I fully expected this to be mostly green (because, hello, Grinch), but I'm actually glad it's more balanced. That said...I do wish there were more greens and fewer pinks, because it would feel even more Grinch-appropriate.

Also, shoutout to ColourPop for not marking half the shades as "not eye safe." It's genuinely refreshing to just use the whole palette without side-eyeing ingredient labels. Thank you for that.

The palette includes mattes, matte shimmers, and metallics. Some shades are buttery soft, while a few of the metallics and shimmers are a bit gritty — but not glitter-level gritty, thankfully. One small downside: the shade names are a little hard to read because they used Grinch green text over a pink background. Cute idea, slightly chaotic execution.

The metallics are beautifully pigmented, while the mattes are softer but still buildable. Everything blends nicely and is pretty easy to work with overall.

How the Grinch Stole Christmas eyeshadow palette can be purchased at Ulta, Target, and ColourPop's website.

One thing I found interesting was how different some of the swatches looked on me compared to the swatches advertised online.

First row of shadows

CINDY-LOU WHO more powdery and a bit chunky to work with; it has peach, champagne, gold, and a hint of green (personally, I think CINDY-LOU WHO should've been MERRY! VERY! since she wears pink not peach)

MERRY! VERY! a subtle shimmer matte pink lemonade

MT. CRUMPIT a metallic vanilla in the palette, but on me it swatches more champagne with a hint of green

ROAST BEAST a matte navajo

STOLEN STOCKINGS a shimmer amaranth

Second row of shadows

MAX a matte cider

TINSEL a metallic lavender with subtle gold shimmer in the swatch instead of the palette

MR. GRINCH a lime metallic

STOLEN PRESENTS a chameleon metallic dull magenta that shifts bronze at certain angles

RIBBONS & BOWS a matte cameo coral

Third row of shadows

WHO'S CHEER a matte burgundy

WHO-PUDDING a matte shimmer rose romance

CUDDLY AS A CACTUS a metallic forest green

STINK STANK STUNK! a matte mahogany

SANTY CLAUS a metallic crimson with copper on the edges (this one really should've just been red, not coral-copper, but I digress)

Even though I don't agree with all of the names, I absolutely love this palette — especially because it's the Grinch. It's festive, fun, nostalgic, and gives you plenty of options to create different looks, whether you want something subtle or full holiday drama.

This palette makes me happy every time I open it, and honestly, that's exactly what a good themed collection should do. I really can't wait to see what ColourPop does next — especially if they keep leaning into fun throwbacks like this.

Leave a comment below if you still watch How the Grinch Stole Christmas, if you've tried this palette, or if you've picked up anything else from the collection. I'd love to hear what you thought!

SALLY HANSEN: STRANGER THINGS | STRANGER THINGS NAIL POLISH | DRUGSTORE STRANGER THINGS

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

There I was, minding my own business, wandering the grocery store (pretending not to impulse buy cookies) when BAM, I spotted the limited edition Sally Hansen 'Stranger Things' collection.

Now, full disclosure: I used to be a 'Stranger Things' fan, but these days...meh. (Please don't throw cookies at me, die hard fans.) What did stop me dead in my tacks? The crackle nail polish!

It's been, what, a decade since crackle polish was last cool? So yes, I was excited. Like, embarrassingly excited.

Here's the thing. These polishes were not what I expected. I thought we were getting spooky Halloween vibes, fun colors that literally crackle. Instead, I got stained white nails (cute...), black crackle on top (umm, wasn't the point color crackle?), vertical cracks, so half my nails looked more "zebra chic" than traditional crackle.

Don't get me wrong, they dry fast (not insta dry, but like...damp enough that you don't ruin your nails opening a bag of chips). The bottles themselves? Adorable. The 'Stranger Things' logo on the lid? Totally cool. The polish inside...eh.

Rift:

On the nail this one is...pink. Yup, it stained my white polish pink and then layered a black crackle on top. Kinda of like a strawberry zebra moment, if that's a thing. It can be purchased on Amazon, Ulta, Walgreens, and Smith’s Marketplace.

Between Worlds:

This one turned my base polish a soft orange with the black crackle over it. Honestly, it looks less "mysterious parallel universe" and more "pumpkin tiger." It can purchased on Amazon, Walgreens, and Smith’s Marketplace.

Missing:

This polish left behind a green stain on my base polish with black crackle over the top. It's giving zombie slime chic, which could be a Halloween aesthetic, I guess. It can be purchased on Amazon, Walgreens, and Smith’s Marketplace.

Nether:

This one turned my base a light purple and gave me the same black crackle on top. Think "goth lavender," but make it vertical stripes. It can be purchased on Amazon, Walgreens, and Smith’s Marketplace.

In theory, these should've been amazing. In reality? Meh. The front of the bottles show colorful crackle, which, sorry Sally Hansen, feels a lot like false advertising. Plus, the staining is annoying, and the cracks just weren't "crackly" enough.

Final verdict: fun nostalgia, but not worth the hype or the money.

Sorry Sally Hansen, but I'm not recommending these to anyone unless you really, really love zebra nails.

What do you think, are you team crackle or team "never again"? Comment below!

WET N WILD: DISNEY VILLAINS | AFFORDABLE DISNEY MAKEUP | DRUGSTORE DISNEY MAKEUP

Prepare yourself for another post in our Feeling Pretty series...

When I heard about the Disney Villains makeup collection from Wet n Wild, I felt like a kid who just discovered a secret lair.

Disney fan? Guilty.

Villain enthusiast? Double guilty.

My inner child and my inner chaos gremlin were both ready.

The collection is massive — but in a very good, very "evil mastermind with a color-coded plan" kind of way. Here’s how everything is laid out:

  1. Top row: Three liquid eyeliners, two crystal face gems, and a gem face mask.

  2. Second row: A sponge, three mascaras, and three brow blade pencils.

  3. Third row: Four cream blushes, a lip scrub + mask duo, and four plumping lip glosses.

  4. Fourth row: Four jelly highlighters and three jelly blushes.

  5. Fifth row: Two eye-and-face palettes, a finishing mist, and two mirrors.

  6. Bottom row: Four themed makeup bags (adorable, villain-chic).

Of course, I grabbed the two palettes — and my sister picked one of the lip glosses (which she very graciously let me barrow so I could test it).

I love the colors of all the lip glosses in this collection, but in the last few Wet n Wild launches I've had some reactions to their lip products. So before committing, I borrowed my sister's to see if history would repeat itself.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Unleashed:

This one leans warm, but with a villain twist. The shadows are a mix — some are buttery soft, others a bit firmer; some are super pigmented, others a more sheer but very buildable. There is some fallout, but nothing unmanageable.

Overall, this palette feels very “classic villain meets glam.” You can do anything from a daytime smoky eye to a full dramatic night look. It's incredibly versatile and very wearable. This palette can be purchased on Wet N Wild's websiteAmazon, and Ulta

Fur - buttermilk with a sheer shimmer

Fashion - tiger shade with medium shimmer

Fourth Row

Disguise - matte black with satin finish

Fairest - scarlet matte (not eye safe)

Cauldron - sangria matte (not eye safe)

Cloak - brick metallic shimmer

(Also...is it just me or should Cauldron be black and Disguise be the sangria shade? Naming confusion noted.)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Beautiful Destroyer:

This one is more experimental and definitely cooler-toned.

Yes — there is glitter

The glitters are gritty, but with careful application they’re honestly kind of magical.

This palette feels extremely villainous, but in a regal, underwater-witch kind of way. If you want to play with glitter without going full disco ball, this is the one for you. It can be purchased on Wet N Wild's websiteAmazon, and Ulta

First Row

Aurora - blush matte subtle shimmer (not eye safe)

Contract - tortilla matte

Curse - coffee matte (not eye safe)

Flotsam - dark teal matte

Jetsam - pine shimmer (photo sadly doesn't capture it)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Evil Witch:

I love this shade. It's gorgeous and has a fruity scent that I really appreciated.

This can be purchased on Wet N Wild's websiteAmazon, and Ulta

The photo truly doesn't do this gloss justice.

Full transparency though: I have been having sensitivity reactions to Wet n Wild lip products lately, so I tested my sister's very cautiously.

The color? Perfect

The plumping tingle? Extremely real.

My lips felt burny and uncomfortable, even layered over another lip product.

Neither my sister nor I were fans of the charm on the lid either. She removed hers pretty quickly.

For my sensory-sensitive friends:

If tingly or plumping lip products bother you, I would skip these. The shade is beautiful, but the sensation is not for everyone.

I really wish Wet n Wild would separate plumping formulas into their own permanent line and keep limited edition glosses more stim-friendly. I would have bought multiple shades if that were the case.

Comfortable lips matter too.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I love the Disney villains collection — it's a fun, creative idea, and both eye-and-face palettes are fantastic. Some shades are perfect for everyday wear, while others are great for experimenting and playing.

There is something for everyone — whether you are channeling subtle mischief or full evil queen energy.

I can't wait to see that Wet n Wild does next.
